Pizza Hut

So disappointed with my lunch! I'm not sure if this should be so HARD. THIS WAS MORE LIKE A CRACKER CRUST. I'm so use to pizza hut crust being soft and buttery. The service was great but my food was to hard to enjoy. I can say the staff did fix the issue and gave me a credit.

Nah. We tried ordering delivery and waited over an hr for 1 pizza. What is going on? They were SO rude when we called. Don’t waste your time or money here. Shut this place down. Nasty workers and trash service.

Edit 2022-05-16: Continued low quality. Always burnt cheesy bread. Not cheesy. “Detroit Style” crust was just mushy regular crust, doesn’t. Even taste like it was cooked in a pan. Would not recommend this Pizza Hut.

I tried ordering for myself and a friend the other night while at thier house. I set up the order for delivery. My notification that it was sent was at 5:50pm. I called almost an hour later around 6:40pm just to check to see what the status was. I got a rude response from a worker there when I stated how long it has been and got called a liar and told they were waiting on door dash to send it so i was veey confused since i didnt order from door dash. Before I can ask about the door dash he just hangs up. After taking some time to think on the situation and read some reviews on yelp I just called to cancel my order. Talking to the same guy he blames door dash for my order cancelation without taking any owner ship of his poor attitude and hangs up again after canceling it. Just for clarity. My issue wasn't the time friend, my issue was with your attitude. I do hope you are having a better day though

It's pizza hut. It's fast food pizza. The pizzas are ok. They aren't fancy 80.00 a pizza dishes but they are an ok pizza at an ok price. Therefore I give them an ok rating
